Ground Training
Ground School studies encompass 14 subjects covering the entire European JAA syllabus. Normally, at approximately 10weeks, students undertake the first set of academic exams and upon successful completion of these exams progress to an integrated course of flying /ground school on a day by day basis. The final Qatar Civil Aviation Authority examinations are normally taken in weeks 42&59 of the course. All the instructors have taught at ATPL level at CAA approved flying schools and their equivalent and on average most have over 25 years of aviation experience. Students work hard throughout the period of the course but find the course enjoyable and at the end of the course they are, quite correctly, very proud of their successful academic achievements.
